Motion by Derrick Reath to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Mac. APPROVEDA good point was raised by Bill the minutes themselves should not be posted to the website until they have been formally approved by the membership at the subsequent meeting. Henceforth the most recent meeting minutes will not be posted until read and accepted at the next meeting. Susie and Greg Kinghorn send regrets for their absence they are down east on their anniversary trip. Dorothy and Howard also send their regrets as they are unable to attend todays meeting. Treasurers report from Susie presented by Ernie A comment from Ernie about audits as a not for profit organization, we very well could be audited at any time. We are required to inform the registration authority of any changes in the executive. Ernie suggests on Howards advice that we should be annually conducting our own internal audit, done by two members who are NOT executive, in October, with results presented at the November meeting. Ernie moved that we establish this as a process James seconded it. Kar 2Nd Pu Com Notes Pdf on this page. APPROVEDMembership 4 new members since last meeting were now up to 2. Ontario Driver Licence Number Generates LeadsHow many large patches does the club sell at the Rally  Should the club order more in time for the rally  With the need for more mens large T shirts, we probably have already met Villagers required minimum order amount and it should be no problem to order the back patches at the same time. The price will be 5. Moved to order 6 large patches passed. NOB report Bill Wilson. Is the club getting net 3. Villager  Ernie answered that no, we have not been extended credit by them since they do not consider our club to have a lengthy enough credit history with them to establish a credit account. The parent club has been extending a 3. NOBS even though we have to pay Villager directly cash on the spot when receiving our orders. NOBs will continue to use 3. Bill is also concerned by Stuarts report of a number of NOB members who claimed to have sent their membership info and money down to the parent club last year, and have never received anything in return and do not seem to be reflected in the membership list. All membership inquiries should be addressed to Marilyn, but she apologizes that she is still in the process of sorting out membership issues from last year. Last NOB meeting had 8. Renfrew Castleford Drive. This is on the Ontario side. Ernie pointed out that with attendance of 8. NOBs are definitely the backbone of this club. Dental Esthetics Programs. Ernie notes that our next meeting will be the 2. August, and only two weeks prior to the rally. We need a volunteer to coordinate the work party collecting admissions at the gate on Saturday. We dont collect money on Sunday which is when the Concours runs, but on Friday and Saturday the majority of campers come in. Gate coverage should be from 8 4 3. Susie organizes the games and therefore will probably not be able to work the gate. Learning C By Creating Games With Ue4 2015 on this page. Bobs Diner may well be closing as it has been struggling for a while, so he cannot commit to providing the BBQ. Susie has found a backup source and has been hard at work coordinating things, and may be getting people to bring in sides and fixings. The music is all laid in the same group from last year, Redneck Boulevard. Mac asked if weve increased their fee from 4. Ernie confirmed.    Advertising the Bounder only publishes 4 times a year so we missed the June issue and the next one isnt til October. The CVMG sections have all been informed, and the ad will run in the next newsletter. Ernie has been trying to get the hi res 1. The last two weeks will be the biggest advertising blitz. Ernie will pass along some art and specs to Larissa to have business cards made up. All the cabins are booked the campsites are starting to fill up with bookings. Trophies he doesnt know what the lead time is on trophies. We were apparently short one plaque from last years rally and the winner of this has mentioned it to Ernie. Derrick asked Bill what his NOBs had to pay to get actual trophies made up rather than plaques each one cost about 2. He feels that it would be perhaps a bit bigger draw than mere plaques and look a bit more professional and exciting. Derrick moved that we provide actual trophies instead of plaques James seconded. APPROVED. Derrick will research trophies and engraving. Ontario Driver Licence Number Generates Crossword' title='Ontario Driver Licence Number Generates Crossword' />Point was made that gate admission is 5 per person last year there was inconsistency.
